Gather some kind of lettuce that’s in my fridge, cukes, reheated beans (these were refried so I also moistened them up with some @kitehillfoods nut cream cheese), garlic fried eggs, and some salsa or in this case spicy kraut. Top with some olive oil and my favorite coconut vinegar or lime juice and then stir it all up SO good so that every bite has every flavor.
